A Two-Day workshop exploring the Intersection of food, memory, and creative energy. Step into a two-day creative adventure where we’ll gently unearth the stories and memories woven into our relationship with food, and see how these threads spark our everyday creative magic.

Day 1: Cooking is Caring at Cup and Saucer
We’ll start by wandering through our own food constellations—the dishes, people, places, and sparkling moments that have shaped our unique food stories. With gentle reflection and a splash of creativity, we’ll draw these constellations out onto paper, tracing the golden threads of memory and noticing the beautiful overlaps and surprises we share with each other.

Day 2: Cooking is Creative at Lucy Clark Gallery & Studio
On day two, we’ll take all those sparks from day one and turn them into something you can actually wear. Maybe you’ll make a wild apron, or a bag for your next adventure—whatever feels right. You’ll get to decorate it with your own symbols and stories. It’s like making a little reminder that your food journey is always growing, and that real nourishment is something you carry with you.
