In his twenties, Bunny dove headfirst into the wild world of professional kitchens. He got to experiment with new dishes, try out all kinds of cuisines, and eventually run a cafe on the Oregon Coast and a vegan spot in Olympia, WA. Those places were full of creative folks—artists, dreamers, people hustling to support their own projects. He found his people there. But spending all that time in kitchens also showed him how complicated food can get. He heard so many stories—about allergies, restrictions, tough relationships with eating, and all the ways food can zap our energy instead of fueling us. He had his own run-ins with burnout, too. Sometimes, what starts as passion can turn into just another routine. Over time, he worked hard to find his way back to joy and inspiration. Now, Bunny loves helping others explore how we can really nourish ourselves—inside and outside the kitchen.
