Nancy McAninch has always been interested in creating jewelry and other forms of personal adornment.  While living in a remote Alaskan village, she learned centuries-old techniques in making beaded jewelry.  During college she took her first silversmithing class and was hooked!

Over the years she has continued to develop her skills and personal style.  Her jewelry has been featured in Jewelry Artist magazine and has been represented in galleries in Atlanta and San Francisco.

Nancy works primarily in sterling silver, gold, and semiprecious gemstones.  She hand forges and fabricates all of her pieces in her Brevard, North Carolina studio
